Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all countries.

What are your shipping methods, rates and delivery time?

For delivery within Singapore - it will take 5 to 10 business days

We will ship via

• tracked letterbox for parcels at a fee between SGD2-4.50, depending on weight.

• tracked door-step delivery for giftboxes within 2kg

For delivery to Malaysia (max 6 books per order) - it will take 14 to 21 business days

We will ship via tracked door-step delivery at a fee of SGD6-14, depending on weight.

For delivery to rest of the world (max 6 books per order) - up to 30 business days

We will ship via Ordinary Mail at a fee of SGD3-18, depending on weight.

What are your payment methods?

We currently accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Are promotions and discounts stackable?

No they are not. Each order is only able to enjoy a promotion or discount from one promocode.

Do you accept returns / refunds / exchanges?

All products, once sold, are non-returnable or exchangeable.

Except for the following:

1. Products received are incorrect based on confirmed order

2. Products are damaged or defective upon delivery.

To request for replacement, kindly contact us at enquiries@mycuriouschild.net within 3 calendar days upon receiving of goods.

Please include in your email:

• description of damage/defect

• image(s) of the damage/defect

• order number

Once verified as damaged or defective, a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.

Depending on stock availability, the time it may take your replacement to reach you will vary. Thank you for your understanding!
